As a Photographer...

“You don’t take a photograph, you make it.” Ansel Adams

Since I was a little boy I have always loved cameras, "making" Photos and being in Photos it was amazing to me that you could stop time right there and put it on a piece of paper to enjoy again after the moment had passed.

My favorite was the Polaroid that would print the photo and stop time almost instantly! I always wanted to be a photographer, so I started on my journey as just that!

In this vast world of technology and information I only know a little & I am learning every day. One thing is for sure...I LOVE IT!

To look at things with a different perspective and see the beauty in everything. Stopping to capture the moment... thats what being a photographer is to me. As a REALTOR I get to use my skill to capture the essence of the home and showcase the best parts of my listings.

"I believe in Capturing moments not things."

It might seem obvious—or go without saying—that good photography and videography are critical for my success as a real estate professional but most of all, for our success in selling your home.

In todays world the majority of home buyers find their home online or on their mobile device. That being said, what do I do about that? Create "Thumb Stopping" Digital ads and Professional Photography for your home.

"BUT WHY?"

Well let's look at the stats!

  • Homes with high quality photography sell 32 percent faster.

  • Homes with more photos sell faster, too.

  • A home with one photo spends an average 70 days on the market, but a home with 20 photos spends 32 days on the market.

  • For homes in the $200,000 to $1 million range, those that include high-quality photography in their listings sell for $3,000-$11,000 more.

Eighty-seven percent of homebuyers who searched for a home on the internet found photos to be among the most useful features of REALTOR® websites, according to the 2018 NAR Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers.

Digital photography and virtual tours allow me to serve my clients like never before. With stunning visual still photography and daring drone maneuvers, I want to capture every part of your home to show potential buyers what it's like to be there. Even before they leave their seat.
